Mestro announced earlier this week that the company has completed a directed share issue in order to accelerate its offering of energy monitoring services to
Mestro AB (“Mestro” or “the company”) has entered into an agreement with Pandox AB, (“Pandox”) Northern Europe’s leading owner of hotel properties, for the delivery of the company’s product suite in energy monitoring. The agreement covers approximately 150 hotels in 10 countries, of which the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Austria are new countries for Mestro. The implementation will take place in phases, where phase one includes the Nordic countries.
